1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zodex ("the Application" or "the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. License

Zodex is commercial software. Upon purchase, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Application Architecture and Liability

Zodex acts as an interface that executes commands and edits files on your local machine based on interactions with third-party AI models.

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the actions proposed by the AI before execution.
  • We do not guarantee the correctness, safety, or suitability of the code generated or actions performed by the AI models.
  • Zodex shall not be held liable for any data loss, code corruption, or system damage resulting from the use of the Software. You are strongly advised to use version control and maintain backups of your work.

4. Third-Party Services

The Software requires connections to third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to function fully. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with these providers, paying any associated API costs, and adhering to their respective Terms of Service. Zodex is not responsible for the availability, quality, or policies of these third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Zodex and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Any code generated by the AI through the use of Zodex belongs to you, subject to the terms of the specific AI provider used to generate it.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. As Is Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
