By accessing or using Zodex ("the Application" or "the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
Zodex is commercial software. Upon purchase, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Zodex executes commands and edits files on your local machine. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-suggested actions before execution.
Zodex may provide subscription-included managed AI models and may also allow you to connect your own third-party providers (BYOK). Managed-model requests are proxied through Zodex web services before being sent to our provider infrastructure. BYOK requests are sent according to your provider configuration and are subject to that provider's terms and policies.
We may add, remove, or change available managed models and routing behavior over time.
Managed-model access is tied to an active eligible subscription and is governed by usage allowances configured by Zodex web services. Launch allowance amounts (including any examples shown on our site) are product configuration, not a perpetual guarantee, and may change in future releases.
Managed-model requests may be rejected when remaining allowance is insufficient. We do not represent managed-model usage as unlimited.
To operate managed models, Zodex web processes request payloads and stores usage metadata required for entitlement checks, accounting, reliability, and abuse prevention. As a product policy, Zodex web stores usage metadata only and does not persist full managed-model conversation content.
The Software, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Zodex and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Any code generated by the AI through the use of Zodex belongs to you, subject to applicable third-party provider terms where relevant.
We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
